ouch... my body is aching from the top of my head to the soles of me feet... i did 5 sets of 30 consecutive leg raises, pumps, n burpees as well as climbed a 12 storey buliding twice... adding to dat, i'm reading calc 4 my astro so my heads like nearly dead... ouch
BTW, if u dun noe wad burpees r, you basically go from a standing position to that of pumping position to that of standing position and jump... in as fast as u can... n those were warmup... Ouch
we then did like 1000 kicks in total, in cluding at least 200 raising kicks n yes, my Sir wants me to count n they dun count if there below head level... OUCH...
Then 2day, which is the worst day cause of all the lactic acid... i was like paralysed form neck down in bed till like 10 lucky had i foreseen that n did all my hw... but 2day was spent reading in bed cause i could not as much move a muscle to walk until 5
OUCH...
